
OUR RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If the products ordered from Griply do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the products within 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by you.
Send us an e-mail and we will send you a return instruction. The return must contain all items in original condition and they must also be unused and undamaged. Griply will refund all payments to the consumer, excluding any delivery charges within 14 days following the day the consumer notifies it of the return. Griply will use the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to consumers.
RETURN COSTS:
The costs of return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returning a Griply product:
- Print out the return form and fill it in. You can find these at the bottom of this page.
- Place the products you are returning AND the correctly completed form in a box.
- Send the package with a shipping service provider of your choice to the following address:

Keep the receipt from the post office so you can show proof of the return in case of doubt.
Once we have received your return and processed it, you will receive an automatic notification email. The amount you paid will also be credited to the payment method used for your original purchase. This can take up to 20 business days.
If you have not received a confirmation email from us after 20 business days, please contact us.
GUARANTEE
Of course, at Griply, you get a warranty on your purchased products.
Even though our products are of very good quality something can always happen to them. At Griply, we have a 2-year warranty policy. You are entitled to this warranty with normal use of your Griply product.
What we recognize as normal usage is the following:
- Do not use sharp objects to clean your Griply product;
- Clean all Griply products in a timely manner. This is to avoid permanent dirt or odors.

HOW IT WORKS:
You have the option to make use of your warranty if you can demonstrate to us that your Griply product is not older than 2 years. By means of a photo and/or a short video you can demonstrate what is wrong with your product.
The warranty period only applies to the countries to which Griply sends products via its own webshop. These are the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
Griply gives you a guarantee when there is a clear defect in the product. A defect which is attributable to a design, assembly or material error. If in doubt, Griply reserves the right to request the product.
Griply does not guarantee wear and tear that has arisen during normal use of the product. These include scratches or discoloration. Damage that does not affect the function of the product (e.g., dents) and damage caused by improper use.
We reserve the right to change our warranty policy at any time.
